If you are pregnant and is looking for a good OB, pls don't come here. Avoid at all the cost. I had to go in regularly for pregnancy check-ups. Doctors are always showing up late- not 5-10 min late, I mean 30min-60 min late; often cancel the appointment last minute- saying doctor has an emergency or has family reasons- my appointments got cancelled twice already in this one week; front desk is rude, like seriously rude; and they don't bother to upload the medical results into the portal although they wanted you to use it, and I had to call in to ask for specific reports and until then nurse would do it. everything about this place is not good. I am at the end of my pregnancy so not bother to switch, but hard lessons learned that I wouldn't come back in future.

Absolutely terrible. Regularly wait 40 minutes past appointment time to get called in, this with required paid parking and absolutely rude and terrible front desk workers makes it horrible. It even got to the point where Cassie RN threatened to diagnose my wife with Gestational Diabetes just because she threw up during the test. We left this place and recommend for everyone to avoid it! Save yourself time and effort. The sad part is that the Doctors are very pleasant, and other parts of Overlake are a joy. The OBGYN at Overlake is rotten due to the ladies at the front desk and a few select MAs and RNs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would not recommend this clinic. Every SINGLE time for every single issue there was a wait. I called to speak with a nurse, I waited from several hours to several days until I received a call back, and there were two times no one called back so I had to call the front desk and of course more wait for a return call. When nurses called back for a follow up, I then was told she would need to wait until the doctor returned to office after 4 more days so she could further consult with doctor. I was in the consultation room expecting to have an ultrasound but was told again I needed to book a new appointment for the sonographer just because in my case the doctor changed her mind that a sonographer was more appropriate to do it. So again more wait. For someone with smooth pregnancy, problems from this clinic may not show up, but for someone with complications like me, the scheduling, the waiting for results and answers to next step had been terrible. Something that can be done in 3 weeks they drag it over 2 months. Also avoid the nurse of Dr Otto. Terrible scheduling, not doing what a nurse should do, and not knowledgeable.

My doctor gave me a referral here and told me they should call in a day or two. The first 2 times I called they never answered. So when I finally got an answer they told me their “referral coordinator” needed to call me to schedule an appointment and she would at the end of the day. Never did. This happened again. When they did call me, it was a Friday and I was at work until 7 so I did not have a chance to call them back until Monday. When I called they said the same thing so I told them if they can’t get me in then let me know so I can get a referral to somewhere that can. The receptionist said nothing and the conversation kept cutting out and she just hung up on me. No call back or anything even though they had my number on file. I ended up getting an appointment somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place at all. You should go somewhere that actually makes an effort to get you scheduled.
