My experience was a very positive one. I thought the doctors and technicians were very friendly and helpful. They took time and answered all my questions and concerns. There was almost a feeling of assembly line moving though the checks and procedures, but that is not a bad thing. Also, at no point did I feel rushed. It felt efficient and practiced, and that is a good thing. While I hope I don't need to return and my vision remains stable, I would recommend this as a place to get LASIK.

I have gone through the cataract surgery in PCLI in Dec 2019 Bellevue. After surgery, from next couple of days onwards I have been facing eye pain issue and still facing it. First It's started with the shadow vision problem called it as negative dysphotopsia and there after deep pain started inside the eye and after that pain spread surrounding to the eye nerves and bones. I have been visiting multiple eye doctors from last 10 months, still my problem is not resolved and struggling with eye pain. If I talk like one hour or doing small physical activities getting pain to the eye and it's surrounding parts. Thought that it might be because of other vitamin issues or sinus issues, but went to couple of doctors and they confirmed that it's not sinus or any other issue. Because of the different issues which I am facing with the eye, I am not even happy single day after the surgery. Before to the surgery i don't have any of that problem in the past. After surgery I wanted to check my eye by the doctor . But, we don't get chance to see after surgery as Doctor is busy with surgeries. We will see only by other doctors after surgery. Still I am chasing to get rid of from my eye pain and I am scary go with my second eye surgery.

their lifetime warrenty on lasik is a total lie. If you move away you're on your own. They make you send in all your eye visits and then when you need a revision to bad if you don't live anywhere near there. I was told when I asked the quetion if we get transferred will this warrenty still hold and they said yes, which was a total lie. Before I agreed to the surgery I asked of we got transfered out of state would they cover me and they said yes. I can not go 3000 miles in a very dangerous area to see IF they would really cover anything they'd done. They get your money and that's all they're after

The front line should be a positive representation of the entire practice. This was not the case the day I came for a consultation. I had insurance coverage questions, but the receptionist cut me off and told me to reschedule for another time. I was turned away, they lost a billable hour and I will never be back.

Lots of polarized reviews have been posted here. My opinion is that this place is run like a machine, very efficiently, and that everyone fulfilled their job admirably. I particularly liked Dr. Pohl who saw me on a couple of my visits and who informed me in detail what was going on. Otherwise, I'm very happy. I can't forget about the 2 cousins in the scheduling department, Sharon & Alicia, who were full of joy! Thanks so much.
