There has never been a time when they were not available and supportive. I have used them for mor years than I can remember and highly recommend them for any of your needs. They are very professional and efficient in communication with clients.

I've been working with PCRG insurance for a few months and i really like the excellent customer service i was provided since the very binning. Recently though, Melanie and Jeane went the extra mile! They had so much patient while trying to deal with our contractor's insurance requirement for my company to be in compliance. They never give up and responded timely and professionally each time and every email. Melanie assured me since the very beginning that they would work out all the issues and she always give me confidence. I appreciate all the work you guys have done with my company and I highly recommend you. Thank you so much for your service and for the fantastic work you guys are doing.

Every time I have a question someone is quick to respond and help me out. I am always made to feel like my question are important to them. I cannot recommend enough!

By far the smoothest interaction I've ever had dealing with an insurance claim. They went out of their way to keep me in the loop and automate the process as much as possible. I spent about 10 minutes in total between emails and a single followup phone call (with a personable and professional rep). It can be hard to assign value to insurance when nothing's wrong, but when things go sideways I couldn't think of a better group to have on my side.

I had this insurance company managing our insurance for several years and our contact person/representative was great. She was proactive, timely in her responses, etc. She left the company. I was assigned a new person. I had no contact with her. In fact when I called I was told the other person was no longer there and I had someone else managing my account. My husband passed away. When I called to have my insurance adjusted because of my husband’s death, the representative never said ‘I’m sorry’ or ‘that’s too bad’....NOTHING. She just continued with the change. I’m not looking for flowers or a card, but if you expect people to continue to come to your company, you have to show a bit of compassion and sincerity...a little professionalism! . This happened twice With no response to his passing. Every other company I dealt with by email, in person, or on the phone showed some level of kindness and compassion. On top of that, she passed along bad information to me and my mortgage company. Then i start getting requests for a good review! I think not! I suggest you not only TRAIN you people a bit better to a higher level of professionalism but follow up with occasional checks on how they are doing.
