Very unprofessional. They have no employees and it’s for a good reason. They are too broke to do background checks to where they’ll hire a felon and pull up someone’s juvenile history that’s more than 8 years old. They don’t pay much and will overwork you. They do consumer reports from a fraud consumer agency.

I worked as mobile patrol officers. I really liked the job and the route. I got looked at highly by the client and some called the office for a good review. I was the only female patrol officers the dispatchers were rude mocked my so southern accent. They would send me to fake alarms two to three times per week the opposite of my route. I grew a thick skin and didn't let them know know they were bothering me. I stuck it out because I like the job and was good at it. They manager cut my hours out of the blue no explanation. I asked to learn a new route that was ignored. The only time I got any response when I put my two weeks notice in. I asked why my hours were hacked he said overtime was for the privilege. I guess eating and paying rent a privilege as well. I wasn't a slacker by any means. I was more of a threat. I was told by another patrol officer he was getting overtime, learning new routes, and getting a dollar more an hour. I complained and got the extra money on my last check. There only white males that works there no women or minorities. They have a good old boy mentality. What goes around comes around. It says in the Bible evil doer's get caught up in their evil ways. People are the contract and without good workers you don't have a company.
Called in with a question and was given a rude response then was hung up on. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
They suppose to monitor our business park every couple of hours. They race through here at such speed, that they can not see anything going on. I stopped them multiple times insisting them doing their job right. Last week, a neighbor company left their door WIDE open over night. Security must have driven by multiple times and never stopped or trying to contact either the owner ( phone number s on the door) or the police. I called this company several times now trying to talk to the owner and never got a call back. No communication and terrible job performance
Management is very weak, one u will get 11 per h another 13 if u did allot overtime then they will count u r over time from 11 .. if u get contact with dispatch team they will say for u we can say the per hour rate for is not allowed to say to you but it is not make since because if u need to know about my work but I like to know my pay also .. at the end of my duty I give a great notice and I hand over my uniform very clean but they charge 120 first time when I talked they said OK I will refund u r money in this week but I saw they cut 35 dollar. .because of your uniform was not clean ,, they told I will let u know about u r 35 dollor but never received any call
Very unprofessional and patrol people do not receive any training on tactics or communication. This company will reflect poorly on your business reputation.
Good place to work
They suck. No communication through the work place amongst managers and supervisors regarding there employees. They lose more employees weekly then they hire u have to beg almost to get a full schedule as a full time employee. They will not tell u amount the diffrents rates of pay at each job site. U have to ask! It's not 15 a hour neither starting off! I just quit. Now I'm working a full 9_5 not graveshift !!! Safe enivorment starting at 15 a hr if u want to get over worked low pay and not a full schedule or the job discription u feel safe at.... join there team
