The staff here went above and beyond to make sure we had all the options to try out even when they weren't the easiest to find. We had a very pleasant visit and didn't feel rushed or pressured while inside. All employees were helpful and friendly.
Really wonderful staff that makes you feel welcomed. They are also super knowledgeable. I feel like most of the staff members are serious outdoor people that know the real-world scenarios. I only wish that the selection of optics was as good as the Seattle flagship store.
Rei used to charge good price for great quality goods with an outrageously good return policy. Now it sells mediocre quality goods, at extremely high prices, with return policy that reflects the trade off. Sad.
Such good service. All of their staff were super friendly and willing to really help us find what we were looking for. Several styles we were interested in were unfortunately out of stock in our size and could not be ordered, but we were impressed with the selection and layout of the store and still spent 400 here. A good and less intimidating store compared to the flagship store in downtown Seattle. REI is one of my favorite stores.
