Awesome experience at Rich’s for the home in Bellevue! We purchased a Lopi gas fireplace for a 30’ yurt. After installation and trials, we discovered that it was inadequate to heat the volume of air in the space. Obviously this is a unique situation but Kim Nielsen at the Bellevue store didn’t miss a beat! In no time we had an upgraded, higher capacity model, the Greenfield, purchased and installed. The installers were on time, professional and we are now enjoying the warmth and ambience of our lovely Lopi fireplace. We would definitely recommend Rich’s for excellent service and great products!

All of there products are fantastic and very high quality! Their fire pits are so nice to have during the summer and sit around it with family and friends.
After a few visits and great help choosing what was a best for for my brand new deck, I ordered a full patio set, gas heater and extra swivel chairs. Delivery was phenomenal. It was timely, friendly, and they were so helpful to even tote the heavy fireplace table and chairs up to our upper level deck. I highly recommend!

Bought my Green Mountain Grill at Rich's, other places I went couldn't tell me the differences/advantages between a Traeger and GMG. Carmen helped me to land on a GMG Daniel Boone... we love it, and my wife has become a \smoker\! :) They didn't sell me a bunch of accessories, only what I needed, grateful for the help!
