It was my first time at Sea Mar Bellevue clinic. I got an appointment the same day with a nice doctor Havens. The staff was very professional and kind. I did wait a bit but I got my COVID19 test results the same day. The nurse also called that evening to inform me. Also inside the clinic it is nice and super clean. Very positive experience. Thank you

I came to get tested for Covid because one of the employees in my building got tested positive they told me they are booked till next weeks , so I have to wait a week before I can get tested !!!! What if I have it and they refuse to get me tested !!!! Ridiculous service!!!! That’s why Washington have so many cases of Covid because of people like them who make people wait a week !!!!

If I could give a -000 I would, If you have a compliant call the attorney generals office or fill out an online complaint form with the attorney general, overbilling for unnecessary appointments and non treatment of medical and mental health issues. The medicaid fraud control unit would like to hear from you. Complaining to the patient advocate at this location will get you no where.

Lied about FREE Covid testing. Only sprung the cost after the complete intake process which was scheduling, screening calls, and right up to the day of testing. Shocked that I spoke with four different people regarding costs and each one claimed the testing was free. What a waste of time. Avoid this treatment center like the plague.
