Tried to tell me that I couldn’t return a faulty printer without the hard receipt even though I had one emailed and I bought a 4 year protection plan that can work at any location (with my account attached of course). Eventually he said he could look it up by debt card after I was told I had to drive miles to the location I bought it from three times. Then after processing there wasn’t even a “have a good day.” Or “thanks” after I said thank you. Just rude 0 star service. If you must go to staples go to the Redmond location.

Staples is really nice because it has the products that you need in the store you don't have to wait one or two days or 3 days or even a week for the online shipping it is just right there you pay and you get it. I went here shopping for office chair if they had a good selection but not what I needed but they did have a file cabinet on sale for 50 which is pretty unheard of most file cabinets I have seen even from Ikea or a like 100 I definitely recommend checking out their full selection from things that you need immediately.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly. I always come here for office and school supplies. Everything is very organized and easy to find as well as having a great selection of products.

We use Staples for our printing, electronic equipment and supplies. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Most recently they repaired a small printer problem at no cost. We will continue to use Staples for our Go To for our business supplies.

Quality printing, Fast, Friendly service at this location. Extremely Helpful, accommodating team at the printing center. I truly appreciated how much they did to ensure a great experience.
