(review of the range instead of shop) Overall good experience because of: Nice staff: been there many times and took a few first timers there and the staff are patient with us. I did personally have a staff looking for trouble with my friends when I first went there but hopefully it's just him having a bad day. Tourist friendly(?): I know people with foreign passport and tourist visa who went there. But I also heard this has changed so I'm not sure. And last time I was there there are signs in Chinese. Good selection of rentals: One of the better selection of rifles and pistols in the area. Plenty of them are pretty beat up (obviously) but overall the selection is good for both curious people trying new guns and buyers trying before buying. For a side note they have some optics on their guns worth trying out too. I tried TA44 acog on a banshee and loved it. Mediocre facility: not as good as west coast armory which is another very popular choice in Seattle area. Crowded: just as all range near big cities it'll be crowded and feel under-staffed during weekends. Been there during Covid and it's PACKED. Be prepared to go early or wait in line.

This review is for the store. Stopped by to see if they had a rifle I’ve been looking for. They had the rifle and ammo but their prices are about 80-100% higher then msrp. The good is that they do have a lot of guns in stock. The bad is the pricing. I ended up going to a different gun shop and got the same gun for 500.00 cheaper. I know prices are high because a lot of people want to have their own security,but to me the price in inflated too high especially when stores that are about 30 minutes away sell the same gun for much cheaper.their ammo is overpriced aswell. But if you don’t care about how much you spend then I would recommend this place.

Jose, the 'Director of Training', is really unreliable. He will completely ignore you weeks on end until he suddenly has a slot to fill and needs you to come in at a moments notice so he can keep himself paid. Yeah that's right, his time is more valuable than all of ours. Perhaps he's constantly booked (good for him, really), but here's hoping his current client base retain him for the rest of his 'career' because it could be tough getting new ones with his holier-than-thou attitude. He is a stain in what otherwise is a clean and well-operated indoor range. The staff behind the counter are always professional and efficient when checking me in. I'm usually able to shoot within minutes.

Customer service was good, selection was good, but their prices are significantly I mean significantly higher than anyone in the state, and that’s saying a lot cause I thought cabelas was over priced. gun stores like this are part of the problem for 2A supporters and the 2A cause. The idea of changing the 2A criticism is not making access to guns so expensive people give up on buying them, the idea is getting as many people on board with the 2A cause by making it accessible to everyone not just super wealthy... and I know they don’t have to charge those prices cause there are cheaper places to buy guns... Much cheaper...

First time experience with guns and it was great. Daniel is a true professional - he made sure we got all the information we required - right from the basics, was patient in answering questions and ensured that we enjoyed our shooting experience with safety.
