I got the cake from the bakery in perfect condition but then due to transportation issues and the type of cake I had ordered it had air pockets in them. Called the bakery and sent them a picture. Jovie the cake decorator told me no problem I’ll be there in an hour. She came on time with her tools and I had my extra decors to hide some imperfections. And It all worked out great! Very good customer service. Cupcakes were delicious too! Got many compliments with my cake. Thanks Jovie for being so kind.

Really great place. There pastries are delicious and we'll priced. Not to expensive, Starbucks is more expensive.All I can say is where have you been al my life Aztec Mocha?!?! The Aztec gods would approve Today I tried the Blueberry Muffin, Nutella croissant, Oreo cupcake and cream cheese berry pastry. Everything was delicious! I already put in my wedding cake order, I can't wait to taste it! Great job Fantasy cakes!
they have no respect for their customers time! I've been trying to be in touch for over a month to set up a custom cake for my son & I haven't heard back from not one single person. I've visited the store personally & all they told me was \well we only work through email\ so i patiently continue to wait biggest mistake I did. Literally did not even receive not one single email. VERY DISAPPOINTED - NEVER EVER AGAIN. *
