I worked at Alcoa (Aluminum Smelter) and Action Cleaning Services cleaned our buildings. Their workers were always friendly and willing to do anything asked of them during their shift. Alcoa is a dirty, industrial site and I could see how hard the crew worked everyday to keep our site clean. I would recommend their services.

I have been a part of Action Cleaning since 2016, and I love our company. I feel like my manager genuinely cares about our janitors. I have done janitorial work / housekeeping for many years and I know how unappreciated janitors are. I feel like ACS cares about our staff, and that is just such an important thing to me!!!
I have been with this company since 2017 and I have never had a job that makes me feel so appreciated. I've been through some serious highs and lows in the past few years and I have felt supported through it all. I love working for this company.
They do a terrible job cleaning. They consistently fail to do the floors in the bathrooms, or clean the toilets thoroughly. The managers say they'll take care of it and ensure my space is cleaned, yet time and time again they fail to do the basics.
Action Cleaning has been performing custodial and maintenance services for our building for some time now. Their employees are professional, courteous, and discreet. Their customer service team and manager have been exceptionally helpful in getting a plan and schedule that worked for our budget. Can't say enough. Top notch team. Highly recommended!
