Very helpful. Gave us referral to phone numbers Which we called. Greg's mobile RV repair came out and was amazing in his knowledge of the multiple problems we had. It didn't take long he had the problem fixed. He is worth every penny and is reasonable in what he charges.

Al's is great place to do business. They took care of some warranty items that I don't trust the dealers to do. They went above and beyond in helping me get some information from the manufacturer for a future modification. Staff is very friendly and informative and pricing is very competitive.
I bought a NEW air conditioner unit, which Al's installed. It required modification to my RV roof, the unit was a bit bigger than the original. A couple weeks later I was washing the RV and noticed a rusty mis-fitted fastener that holds the cover to the unit. I went to Al's and asked them about it and asked that the proper fastener be installed. They denied any responsibility and said that it must have 'happened' after I left their shop, and that was the end of discussion. They wouldn't talk about it anymore. I wrote Al's RV off as not particularly wanting future business from me, and I will give them NO MORE BUSINESS.
I’m doing a solar install and called into Al’s RV asking for some odds and ends. While they didn’t have everything I needed in stock they did have the important stuff and offered to order the things I still needed. I stopped in and the place was packed with customers but that didn’t stop them from providing outstanding service and answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction of things I need. They have a good selection of parts and RV accessories on hand and the prices are more then fair. Good job Al’s RV team, another happy customer that will definitely be back for my future RV needs!
