Came here for my husbands surgery and we are in the waiting room 2.5 hours after his scheduled surgery and he hasn’t even been taken back to pre-op yet. It’s multiple hours before closing and the receptionist “left for the weekend” so there’s no one even in site to speak with To figure out what’s going on. Seems weird and sketchy. Will Definitely avoid this place in the future.

The pre op staff and the front desk were amazing , we were very nervous and arrived unsure, they treated us with such warmth and professionalism ! Two of the pre op staff that we dealt with face to face were rockstars, the front desk staff also..running around and making everything work. Just a great team of people. Gives me confidence in the whole practice. I would speak more of the rest of them except I am still waiting in the waiting room for my Husband surgery to be done. :)

While no one really loves surgery, I did love the care I received during my two surgeries at BASC. I had one surgery 10/2/14 and the second surgery on 10/9/14. The staff members were very professional and courteous and made me feel at ease during these procedures.
