I have been seeing Dr. Ed for almost two years now, and my toddler has also been under his care since she was born. I feel very lucky to have found such a skilled, intelligent, professional, and empathetic primary care doctor. It's a world of difference from my experiences with traditional medical offices; I feel much healthier and better taken care of. The admin staff is wonderful and I always receive prompt and warm service, and it doesn't take weeks or months to get an appt like other offices.

If you are looking for a great doctor in Bellingham, look no further! Ed is incredible! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely understanding. Ed was the sixth doctor I visited after having been very sick for over a year. The doctors I visited prior to Ed could not figure out what was going on, and I was feeling very defeated. Ed took what I was saying seriously, and put a great deal of effort into exploring my symptoms. He eventually discovered abnormalities in my blood work, diagnosed me and sent me on the road to recovery. Today I am feeling happy, healthy and so grateful for Dr. Ed Szymczak!

I came to see him for a second opinion on my bloodwork and he spent an hour with me helping me figure it out. an hour. no doctor i can ever remember has spent that much time on an initial visit. what a great doctor and a great person.
