I expected this course to be enlightening, it turned out to be enlightening and completely life-transforming. Hypnosis is the healing modality I didn't know existed but have sought for the last twenty years, and I learned that from Erika Flint - an authentic, genuinely heart-led expert. The level of professionalism and preparedness that Erika and Tim bring is EXCEPTIONAL. From my initial interview through every aspect of the 2 week course (including all course materials, the sessions themselves, the camaraderie that's fostered within the group and leaders...) I couldn't help but be continually impressed. I was initially nervous about what 10 hours of class for 10 days would be like, but it was so smooth. Erika places perfectly timed and spaced breaks to move the body throughout the day. It wasn't overwhelming at all! As it's coming to an end I'm deeply aware of the profound level of healing that was brought to our lovely group of humans and that we're well equipped now to go out and offer the same to those who need it in the world. I could not be more grateful for this experience.

I can be a very skeptical person, but I was at the end of my rope of dealing with anxiety, never feeling good-enough, lack of motivation, and struggling with creative blocks. I was amazed when I felt better after just the first session. I completed a total of 5 sessions with Catherine and have experienced amazing changes within myself and especially how I think about myself. My body is no longer physically drained by anxiety, my goals feel realistic and achievable, I've found motivation, appreciation, and peace within myself and every day, my creativity feels natural again, and so many more benefits I wish I could explain quickly. My hypnotist was very compassionate and helpful which helped me always feel supported. Hypnosis really does work.
