I hired David in 2005 to represent me for my pet dog. He charged me for every phone call, every fax, and every letter he sent out. Had to pay him 500 up front. Then when it came time to represent me in court before we could even get into the courtroom he wanted another 5000 for my case. He told me my case was winnable, that I didn't have to worry about winning my case. It was an easy case for him to represent. Well, when we got into court, and the other side had their say, it was my turn. David didn't say anything, he just sat there looking at the judge. It made me so mad because I had spent over 5000 for him to represent me but he didn't do anything for the money I paid him. I lost my dog to the other side. I was so hurt. I was crying as I left the courtroom. I went outside of the courtroom steps waiting for my witnesses (which were never called to testify) and sat there and cried and cried waiting for my witnesses to come out of the courthouse . As I was waiting the people that got custody of my dog came out and just laughed and sneered, and told me my attorney was a joke, and said hateful things to me. I would never never hire David for any case. He is a total loser when it comes to working for you. I am really surprised that he is still in business for himself. I can see by the one review that he isn't very popular in winning cases for people. If I had it to do all over again, he would be the last person on earth that I would hire. If you want an attorney that cares about you and your case....don't go to him. He will just take your money, and not do a damn thing to help win you a judgement. Signed, Melissa C
