Kurtis was so professional and friendly, and knowledgeable. He listens and has tremendous experience with builders and do it yourself risk takers. This store has an unbelievable range of products and can get you what you want. Great experience.
I was very happy with the carpet I bought at Great Floors. I am chemically sensitive and the salesman steered me to wool. Their installation guy Chris did a perfect job with this difficult product, and even came back 1 1/2 yrs later to screw down the tracks for the slider closet doors that were misplaced at the time of installation. I definitely recommend this company located in Bellingham .
Knowledgeable and courteous sales team and the installers were top of the line.
