I've taken 5 trainings for various professional purposes over the last 15 years, and this was far and away the best one. Comprehensive and thorough, but first-timers had no problem keeping up. I was given new information and perspective than any other training I'd had in the past. I'd recommend Jeff and his team to anyone considering personal or team training.

Jeff did a very good job going through the procedures and was quick to answer any questions. He was thorough in his answers and with the presented information. We also had plenty of time for hands-on practice and detailed review before taking the certification test. Very knowledgeable and relatable.
Very easy to find location, the instructors were helpful and had a ton of real life experience with what they’re teaching. Most of the class was hands on. Overall great experience.
What a great way to complete the BLS class! I loved the online classroom portion and the in-class hands on portion. Jeff did a fantastic job reviewing our skills through applicable scenarios. I would highly recommend Healthcare Certifications!
I did my BLS, ACLS, & PALS here. Jeff & Nikki are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very thorough in explaining all that you need to know to be competent for whichever course you are taking. Sharon was great with accommodating my needs and scheduling.
