Had an extremely positive interaction. Very knowledgable of both city rules and suggested a specific person to talk to at the city as well as a number of questions to ask. Heads up: They're a classic family-run small business, meaning they do good work, they're friendly and honest, but also constantly backlogged because of all the previous. So when you talk with them, be upfront with your desired timeline and they'll let you know if they can meet it.

these folks were refered to me for work in skagit county were we live.even though they are from whatcom county they must drive very fast to my job site because my billing for all their work and time on the road has been very fair.the best part for me is that i am a phone guy meaning most ofmy work is done on my phone.they actually pick up,put me thru to someone and he actually picks up!go figure.chelsea and lauren are great on the phone and they always answer.dan,the cad man,can actually draw my thoughts i give him on my drawings by talking on the phone with me and it is very close to exactly what i asked for.zach and the survey guys are excited about their work on my jobsite.most excellant company.hope they can find a drainage person for their company,soon.like tomorrow.very satisfied.gary lohman-happyfacefarms,inc.
