I love this place friendly always on top of things only place to go for oil change

I came here about 2 years ago and the service was good, this time was different, first I got off of my truck to ask about the service and the product they use in case things were different than last time, the person told me to stay in my truck and that they would go over those details later, well it was my time to get in the oil change spot they just started to work on my truck without telling or asking anything, I tried to ask or talk to the person getting all the details from my truck (because I wanted to tell him that I wanted the Mobile 1 brand oil but he kind of ignored me telling me that we can discuss that later) and then when she finally decides to come and ask me what kind of oil I wanted I requested the one I wanted she said what she had, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't decide if I wanted the service or product they have. I normally do my oil change so I know how things are and how much I spend doing it, I ended up waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to get the oil (because I wanted the Mobile 1) and when I know that I spend 55 the most to do my oil change they changed me 110. I ask for the manager Roy Garcia I told him how I felt about the situation, he apologized but at the end I ended up losing my time, money and had a bad experience.
The nicest and most honest fellas we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I typically am pressured to have services done on my car that I don't really need by mechanics, these men are clearly hardworking, honest and so kind. Ill drive up north from Bothell, WA any day to get my oil changed here.
I wish I brought cash to tip! Got oil change, lights and lines inspected in about 10 minutes. Everyone was super helpful and efficient!
My experiences at this Jiffy Lube are always memorable and go smoothly! Miles and his crew are very knowledgable about what they do, and I never worry about the work that's being done on my car. I've been getting oil changes, fluid checks, etc. from this Bakerview Jiffy Lube for the past year and a half, and they will continue to receive my business! Miles even took the time to make conversation with me, within the COVID-19 safety guidelines, of course, and ensured that I would be well taken care of. Every member of the team is respectful and efficient in what they do. Jiffy Lube rocks!
