My husband and I went in just to browse and ended up buying a new car and truck the same day. We experienced superb service from David Kelly and Sebastian. They answered all of our questions, made us feel as if were were their top priority and then continued to checked in with us after our purchase. David pulled through with the best rates and Sebastian happily walked us around in the cold while I tested out different vehicles. We cannot recommend them enough!

Sebastian drew me in, he was so excited to sale me a vehicle he walked out in the rain at 5pm in the WA dark weather to show me a vehicle. That along with how well The dealership helped my sister, Deniece R. get her car fixed and the perfect price on the new vehicle, which was exactly what I was looking for, helped seal the deal. Dave made sure to reach out to me and helped in negotiating the deal I wanted once at the dealership to finalize the trade and interest rate. I walked in Saturday afternoon looked at the truck and wanted it, by Sunday I was driving it home. It was a Wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend NW Chevrolet Bellingham to anyone.

Contrary to the commercials on the radio this dealership felt extremely high pressure as soon as I drove up. Five salespeople were standing by the front door waiting to grab me and show me their finest vehicles. I went in knowing my budget, the monthly payment that I was willing to pay, and what size and style of vehicle I am looking for. I also told them about my credit situation before I even looked at my first car. I was then shown an assortment of vehicles, only two of which were close to my requirements. I was told that the financing would be the easy part, we just had to find something I liked. Then, after I found a vehicle I liked, the same salesperson told me it wouldn't be do-able in my price range. Not entirely his fault but when I tried to say I would have to think about my options the pressure really amped up and I felt as though I was in a civil argument that was only toned down due to being in public. I was honestly considering the step down option from what I wanted but after seeing how the salesperson reacted to me saying I was going to think over my options I will never go back. I didn't even get his name when we started talking, he didn't offer it so I can't even leave specific feedback.

My experience at Northwest Chevy was very pleasant. There was no pressure as I came on the lot. The test drive experience was fun. David Kelly took me through all the necessary paperwork with patience and optimism, answering all questions and expediting the process as much as possible. I love my new car!
