Pacific Medical Inc provided us with a STARband helmet for our baby. We had ongoing appointments with them for three months to adjust the helmet and check our son's progress. Dr. Randy Tuttle and his team were kind, accommodating, and great with our little one. The entire process was stress-free, and they were incredibly flexible with scheduling appointments. We also got the outcome we were looking for: the helmet got rid of our baby's flat spot and corrected the asymmetry we were seeing. I'd highly recommend them for prostheses. The facility is small, but well equipped, and the staff are wonderful and competent.
