Simmering Tava is a gem! If you like Indian Cuisine, you'll love this place...such complex, delicious food prepared with organic, locally-sources ingredients. Their Thali Dinners are the stuff that dreams are made of. Their take-out service is excellent and they're great folks to boot... Highly recommended!

For the price, definitely not a lot of food. Naan wasn't garlic (as requested) and didn't follow my other order instructions regarding onions. Skip it.
Butter chicken was a bit flavorless, ordered 2 servings of garlic nan it was nearly flavorless, I may have been given regular nan, each order of nan is only a single piece. I am fairly new to Indian food having tried Tandoori Bites and Taste of India. Simmering Tava tasted like the fast food version of these. Update: the owner has replied see below, and offered me a refund or coupons. I appreciate this a lot, however I will be declining your offer, I think its awesome you would refund an order but it isn't fully your fault my pallet does not agree with your food.
Meals were spicy and so delicious! We got an extra chili and chai tea for free. He was so nice! I'm sure we go there again.
