It depends on what you like in a job. I can say sales is not for me, especially when you are getting pushed and forced to make sales. That does not motivate your employees at all. The people were not so bad. I just like to be truthful to my customers, I dont want to omit to a customer just to make a sale. The approach to teach could be a little different and expectations on the sales need to change but if you think this job is for you then take the chance. Speaking for myself, this job was not for me. Great place to work even though the company they work for sucks!!
I worked there for two years and a month. Take it from me and avoid the place at all costs. Herbert, one of the managers, is completely selfish, disrespectful, unprofessional, and disregards company policy. Steve, the other manager, also disregards policy to the extent of taking pictures (from his personal cellphone) of open records on the production floor. The HR manager is also very poor. HR doors are locked all the time, supervisors are hardly ever on the floor, managers are unprofessional, some supervisors can't even speak proper English, managers walk around with tattered pants, and the managers literally hold a slight upward tilt in their chin like they're literally trying too hard to prove they're better than you (which certainly isn't true, whether they believe it or not). The previous manager, before Herbert and Steve, was misappropriating funds from the company card (this is merely based on indirect experience). She left Steve and Herbert in charge; I guess because they never told anyone about her actions and they were like her lap dogs. I sure wish I could see their resumes, so I can understand why exactly they were ever promoted to that position in the first place. Oh well, I'm finally relieved from that trashy and unprofessionally selfish place.
I quit my Job March 5th after they changed my schedule to something that didnt accommodate mothers with kids in daycare. I told 6 people I was quitting 3 where Sups since mine was not there. No one tried to call me, yes I answered my phone to all calls which where scam calls, so that letter I posted shows a lie, I told them when I was hired I could not work past 5:30pm when my sons daycare closed which they said was fine until started working and was told otherwise, was also told my schedule would not change which was a lie as well. I also couldnt work both Sat and Sunday (Could work either Sat or Sun) due to not having anyone willing to watch my son. I managed for so long until anyone willing to help me that I paid said no more so I quit, no way after Monday could I come to work from 11-8 and it takes a week to change a schedule. You all lose people because you change schedules and rules every week and hire on false pretenses. No I would not like to call you talk about it because that would defeat the purpose of you all eaching\ out to me wouldn't it?
I still have not received my vacation time money and I left 6 months ago they keep saying I will get it when I call. Do not trust these snakes
