Had an excellent experience at Paradise Bridal. My mama needed a dress for my wedding and we have looked around. It wasn’t’t until we went to Paradise Bridal that we found the quality, excellent service and reasonable price that we were looking for. Thank you for making this process easy and fun!

HORRIBLE ruined my wedding dress experience to the extreme. I came in and tried on a dress that I completely fell in love with. I wanted a specific fit and she told me this is the dress. I ordered it right on the spot. When it arrive it was completely different. She then told me the floor model dress was so large that I must have been confused of the way it would fit me when my size was ordered. I specifically made sure this dress had that detail so I was pretty upset when she blamed me for the mistake, that I made SURE was there before ordering. The lady that helped me did not own up to her mistake and then wanted to charge me an additional 1,500 to tailor the dress the way I wanted! Meanwhile I had already purchased the dress. It was a stressful and devastating experience. Everyone at the shop was not helpful and I was out 3000 on a dress I was not happy with. Take your money elsewhere!!
Look, I’m just going to say exactly what happened to me. I came in and got measured. When I went to pick up my tux I was shocked that all my measurement were incorrect. The lady helping me told me “you should go out and try to find pants that match the suite color, even if they’re not perfect no one will notice”. After we went back and forth she finally said ok we can overnight the pants and suite to you. Also THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH, that is so shady for any business. Also mind you our wedding was the next day at 3pm so I waited until 12:30pm until my pants and suite finally came in and of course nothing fit perfectly, but wider was better than not fitting at all. And I’m 33x33! That’s not a weird size and a hard size to find. If you care about your wedding day avoid this place. Completely unprofessional and so rude. I’m still kinda shocked that this can happen
I bought a mother of the groom dress from Paradise Bridal 10 years ago and was very satisfied, so when I needed another mother of the groom dress I didn’t shop around, I went straight to Paradise Bridal once again The same woman who waited on me 10 years ago took care of me once again. It was like coming home! I explained what I was looking for and she picked out several dresses for me to try on. She found the perfect dress for me! The seamstress who did the alterations was amazing...very attentive and polite. My dress was ready on time and it fit perfectly. I highly recommend Paradise Bridal!
