Mark and his crew at Casella were nothing less than excellent with regard to product distribution and efficiency. Dumpster was dropped off safely and the product was clean and manageable. I had used several 30 yard units and the pick ups and drop offs were conducted very efficient and always on time. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. Thanks Mark !!!

As a contractor I deal with dumpster on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. Casella has always done what they said they were going to do. Mark Haley has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions to make sure I was taken care of. Dumpsters are where they are supposed to be when they say they will be. And communication has been great too. If for any reason there is a hiccup I am promptly notified and am taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees.
I don't usually do this, but they deserve this one. I ordered a 15 yard dumpster last week, and requested that it be delivered first thing this morning (Monday, June 24, 2019) The sales person I spoke with said it would be there. I paid my bill, and thought I was all set. I get the contract and it says they can't guarantee a time. I was ok with that thinking I would still get the dumpster sometime this morning. I called at 9:30 to get an eta, and after being disconnected 3 times, I spoke with someone that said I wouldn't get it until 1. I spoke with a supervisor (Anna) who assured me that they would try and get it to me by then at the latest. I had taken the day off in order to take care of the things I needed to, so I needless to say, I have at this point wasted half my day for the dumpster. I called at 1:45, to inquire where my dumpster was and asked to speak to the supervisor I was speaking to before, but was not able to. The person that answered the call, researched the order and called me back to tell me that I wouldn't be getting my dumpster until 3 or 4 . I was never given an update, prior to this as I was told I would be. I have now wasted a whole day waiting for something that I had already paid for. I will be going back to using Dumpster Depot and paying a little more from now on!
