AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Rented from this company at another one of their properties in Brighton, NY. They’re trying to keep 600 of my deposit claiming all sorts of ridiculous charges including 12 (?!) hours of cleaning charges. At 800 square feet I don’t know how that’s even possible. Look at the review I left on their Facebook page for some pictures I took after vacating. It was perfectly clean. I strongly recommend avoiding this management company.

They will try to steal your deposit - no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They make up excuses to cover their turnover cost. I do not recommend unless you want to be lied to and loose your money.
