I am here for a week from New Jersey and decided to take a class I was so glad I did. Yeli’s Class by far has become my favorite on the west coast she is a fantastic leader for any level of a yoga practice.

I am so glad that I found Prajna that makes me want to come back every week. The classes are well constructed and the instructions are professional as well as caring. Parking is also very easy. Highly recommend that you try out this place!
I attend classes in Prajna Center since September last year. I can tell you that this is my second favorite yoga studio :) First one was butterfly yoga in Foster City - but they had to move out from the building. So, now Prajna is #1 The studio is light and very spacy, has a lot of props. Classes are usually not crowded and a teacher can pay a lot of attention to how students do asanas. The staff is very friendly - I have never experienced any problems. The place certainly has the atmosphere of a good yoga studio. I recommend everyone!
I've been a regular member of Yeli's class. She is super kind yoga teacher.
Great teachers and lots of class options. New owners have really made it shine. Perfect balance of laid-back attitude and serious yoga.
