Googled directions......after on Prairie Rd Cranston Rd is not identified...nice person in car next lane helped me. Store is clean, hours are early 10 a.m. and late 8 p.m. . Greeted at the door, helped immediately, and my business done without spending a lot of time. Very pleased.

Had to switch to sprectrum as they were the only cable company the serviced my area. The pricing is fine, but their internet connection is the worst I've experienced. I experience connection problems on a regular basis as my interent will often just randomly disconnect without warning. This is especially difficult when working from home because several times I've lost my work and been disconnected while meeting with clients. Our home is newly built and our modems our new as well which leads me to suspect that it is Specteum's internet service that is the issue. My wife and I moved just about a few blocks away from our previous home and during that time we had Comcast which we did not have these issues at all.
I've had the most unpleasant experience dealing with this company. They have given me the feeling that they just don't care about me as a customer since day one. Please,for the love of God, choose any other provider! You will be happy you did!
Live in Roscoe off Rockton Road, HORRIBLE internet service. Outdated infrastructure is what their techs say... Stay away from
