It's another great place to shop. The pharmacy is slow. But it's a one stop place for a lot of things. And the Walgreen's brand offers good deals. So does having a Balance Rewards account.
Regarding pharmacy ... Andy was extremely rude on the phone. Called to to clarify an insurance mistake that was on there end and before I could even finish explaining why I was calling he cut me off! Not very professional at all!!!
When I need prescriptions filled they never have anything in stock. There is a evening pharmacist who is rude and un willing to have the patience to assist you with finding things over the counter. The pharmacy staff feel like you can wait 2 to 3 days for then to figure out what they can do with the prescription.
I’ve tried a few times to get my prescription. Once it was back ordered they told me the next day. By three today I still hadn’t heard about so I called. They called me about 15 minutes later that it was done. Went to pick it up, they couldn’t find it, waited 15 minutes and it was found but I was supposed to wait again for the pharmacist. I had to go so we left. Went to get it tonight, waited in drive up for 15 minutes, one car in front of us so I left again. Still don’t have my prescription. Get it together! I’m finding somewhere new.
