As a disabled veteran that has moved quite a bit I have been through the VA system quite extensively. The Belton clinic is AWESOME. The best I have ever been too. I had no wait. Everyone was warm and welcoming, The nurses were friendly. Thank you!

I've called 10 times to make an appointment. They either transfer you directly to the doctor's personal line or they hang up. Learn how to work a phone. It's literally your job to schedule people; why, in your right mind, would you transfer to the doctor's personal line. Typical VA talent pool here.

A pain to get an appointment, you call speak to someone at the front desk and give them all the info only to be transferred and IF someone answers the phone you do the same. Most of the time you leave a message and hope to get a phone call back. Dr. Padayi is more interested in giving you medicine than trying to figure out what the problem is.
