We just had our entire house re-carpeted. The team at Carpets for Less did an outstanding job. From the beginning, they were all super helpful when helping us decide what would be the best for our home and our budget. They were very comparable (if not better) than other companies we looked at in terms of pricing. The crew that came to install were polite, helpful and very hard working. There were a couple of instances of water damaged to our floors that he showed me once the old carpeted were pulled up. Someone who didn’t care would have continued installing the new carpet without letting me know. Overall we are extremely happy and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family!

We've used Carpet For Less many times over several years. Ray and JD were most helpful in answering all our questions, and have taken good care of us.
My wife and I purchased a new home; it had nasty old carpet in it, and we decided to immediately install new flooring through out the whole house prior to moving in. So the wife and I went up to carpet for less and multiple other flooring stores and I can tell you from start to finish (Install), carpet for less was top self customer service. JD was so helpful, he let us borrow samples and gave us honest feed back and tons of information regarding the different floor coverings. I will always purchase Flooring from them in the future, and so does Mark Gipple, the realtor I used. On the sales side, and on the install side, the work is top notch! We are so pleased with the process of picking out our carpet, purchasing and the install. After pricing, getting measurements from carpet places all over KC Carpet For Less was not only cheaper but the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were great. We are very pleased also highly recommend them.
I saw all the amazing reviews online and checked out their website and was very impressed. So I called to see if I could get a quote for carpet installation. When I called I asked if they do free quotes and the man on the phone said they do but that I would have to come into the building. I asked if they would do a quote over the phone and I received the answer of, “Well it’s hard to look at carpet over the phone.” With unnecessary sarcasm and attitude. I then informed him that I found the carpet I wanted on his website, so then he responded with, “Oh, well then I guess we could do that”. Then he literally huffed (giving me the impression that my call was a waste of his time) and and asked where I was was located. I told him Smithville, MO. He started to tell me that they do not offer services that far. Again, with unnecessary attitude. At this point I was over the conversation, so I did end up interrupting him and I didn’t let him finish whatever it was he was going to say and I just told him that I will be shopping around elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the impression that they left with me with.
