I moved to Lazy Acres several months ago and I am happy we made the choice. People are friendly and we have potluck dinners once a month. It's nice getting to know new people our age. Tim runs a tight ship here, and that is why it remains so nice. He has been so helpful and I always enjoy seeing him.

My grandma lived there for years and the community is nice and the neighbors were friendly but I heard nothing but nightmares about the landlord Tim. Or whatever he is. Sounds to me like a bitter guy that is on some sort of strange power trip. Would not recommend it based on that alone.
