Mark made time to come out on the coldest day we had seen in decades because our furnace was not producing heat. It was a quick and easy fix, he was efficient, compassionate, understanding, and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We will be calling Mark again!

I had some work done by another company and felt that I had been taken advantage of. I had never used Mark’s company before, but had heard good things about them. I called Mark and ask for some advice. He was very considerate and listened to my concerns about the other company. In the meantime I remembered I needed to have my water heater drained and had a price from another company which he said he would match. While he was at my house he inspected the work the other company did on my furnace and verified that I had been overcharged. After I did some research and contacted the other company, they refunded half of the original price. I will never use that company again but will make certain when I need HVAC work done again, I will contact Mark’s. I found him to be very honest, hardworking and genuinely interested in doing a great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, and his integrity. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable. Out of the many bids we received, he was the only one to come inside and check our ductwork. We needed a return added to cool a room. We would highly recommend Mark to any of our friends and family!
