As of today I’m finally tired of the customer service at my vet! I made the mistake of expecting an answer on a Saturday! Can you believe it...I’ve spent over 450 in the last 6 weeks (probably 1000 in 2020!) it wasted my whole day waiting for a return phone call! Called this morning for a prescription refill...and then again 3 more times this afternoon! All calls put me on hold and also dropped the call without calling back! Very uninformed staff (including vet) told me to bring in a fecal sample before anything could be done! We did 3 of those earlier and nothing was wrong! I just wanted the prescription they gave me for his diagnosis for 10 more days instead of spending a ton more money! I’m very upset and will be visiting a new vet clinic next week! Unless you want to empty your bank account and be treated like this...don’t use this clinic!!!

The staff here was very friendly and caring. We went there for a medical emergency for our furbaby Tina. Her condition was not getting better and we had to make a difficult decision. The Dr. And staff were very considerate and understanding of our time and feelings.

Went on Friday to get a heartworm shot for my pup. Waited an hour in my car and called to ask where we were in line. They said it would be about another 45 min or longer. Made an appointment for 4 on Sat. Walked in to check in and they told me it would be \about 45 min\ even with an appointment. The lady told me we could go home but we live 30 min away. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't care about wasting your time or being respectful of it.

Brought my dog to get staples taken out (should’ve taken 15 min max) and they forgot I was waiting and it took an hour. The staff is really nice, it just seems like they aren’t on top of it.

Just had one of the toughest days of my life. I had to let go of my beloved Roscoe today and despite me being in a fog, the clinic staff/doc were patient and understanding, allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my loyal friend, and provided me with a few options at every turn without making me feel even worse than I already did about wanting to relieve his pain. Love you, Wolf!!
