After 7 years with this company, I switched to a different company that provide a better service. I have been calling for the last 6 months to terminate the contract with no result. Every time that I call, I listen to their music for an hour then the computer will ask you to leave the call back number. The cancellation process can take more than a year. Don't get anywhere close to this company unless you are willing to sign a lifetime agreement.

I had problems with my door sensor and they couldn't just remove a sensor from the program. Keep forcing me to upgrade the system or send someone home for \inspection\ and charge for it. I finally, after 4 months, got tired of it and moved to Simplisafe. It was night and day difference. I called them back to disconnect the service and they helped me on the phone remove all connections, wireless module etc. Of course, but they kept billing my credit card. After a month of several phone calls, was able to finally \talk\ to someone. They asked me to print a form, sign, go to post office (in this pandemic) buy a stamp, then send it by mail to their head office. I didn't know we were in 1989. They have the worst customer service and always trying to upsell. Pls stay away from them ever!!! With these kind of business tactics, they won't stay in business for long.
