Everyone can probably agree that usually a day spent at the MVA is a nightmare. I was pleasantly surprised that they were very quick at this location! I had to get my REAL ID and my title transferred. I had the pleasure of having Faye (spelling?) at desk 27 as my agent and she was a DELIGHT! Super sweet and made getting my license super easy. Really sweet lady. She also helped squeeze me into the title transfer line and got me in so I didn't have to come back! WOW! I really really really hope she knows she's amazing! My only con is that you need different appointments for simple tasks that may be days apart and you can't get them done all at the same time. I was just lucky Faye was kind enough to help me out. Also the line outside didn't have a lot of organization. People (including myself) were confused as to where to line up or stand. Someone outside to help organize would have been helpful.

This place needs to be closed down and all the people fired. Employees work at the speed of snails and they love making you do many trips of that place. Your one simple thing might require at least three trips and still not get done completely. Going to these government offices really make you feel bad,, that your hard earned money in taxes is going to such a waist.
Honestly this place needs to be closed down, on Feb. 24, 2021 my mother and I went to the MVA so I could take the drivers test and the instructors were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful the sad excuse of a lady was giving me unclear directions and had a attitude from the start. every time I asked a question she would just repeat herself with a attitude leaving my questions unanswered and she said I failed the test half way thru I didn't even get to finish the test and I told her I failed because I was receiving unclear instructions it is hard enough to hear someone outside the car with a mask on and on top of that she wasn't giving any hand signals I had no clue where to go or what to do. I preceded to park so I could speak with a manager and the other driver instructor started screaming at my mother in the car after i stepped out because we were in a reserved spot my mom hoped out the passenger seat to the drivers seat to move the car and the whole time the other instructor guy was in her face screaming so i walked over there about to knock his head off and he ran in the building I attempted to speak with a manager but nobody will get back to me... MVA DO BETTER! if I see another MVA employee scream at a old lady I will personally fix that problem
I came by here about 9am to get several items completed in one day. I spent about 30 minutes in the information line. When I got to the front, the worker was on point helping me out with what I needed to ask and do to get everything accomplished. I was called quickly to get my tags done. The worker was new and made a few mistakes, but as she was learning so was I along with her. I was able to get my specialty tags moved because I asked her to see if it was possible to get it done and she at least asked on my behalf. I appreciated that she did ask and the new worker mistakes were worth my time to accomplish getting the tags on my vehicle. This worker was trying to learn how to do a great job and I watched her and admired her effort. \Atta-girl\ award for her. I had to use the kiosk to finish up my complete address changes in the system. I stopped by ezpass on the way out to get a new one and deposit money.
Even though it's COVID, it wasn't that long of a wait and it was very organized and nice inside. Everyone was nice to me and I really am thankful for the lady I saw. I know her window number was 32 but I'm not sure if her name. Very helpful. Thank you!
