Went during the pandemic. Lots of checking to make sure you had an appointment and questions about Covid-19 exposure. Once we go in things went very quickly.
Most of the time the service is good.
I made an appointment 1 day before I went to the DMV. On the day of the appointment, I went, and the doors were closed but workers were inside. I called the DMV appointment line and spoke to someone saying I was outside and all, and the person looked for my name, b-day, and the number given after making the appointment. She made me another appointment with another number; I didn't sweat it cause of Covid, and things are messed up. I received a call this morning from the DMV apologizing to me for any inconvenience because the system allowed appointments but they do not open till next week. I thought that was great them contacting me because I believe most places especially a government entity would have never called me. This was most appreciated.
