Van and his team are great! Fast, thorough, trustworthy, and reliable. On more than one occasion, we've had to call on Van and her team on a moments notice to clean our vacation rental and they have always come through for us. The team swoops in right on time and makes our apartment sparkling clean. Life savers! We've also relied on them to do deep cleanings for own home and nothing is better then walking in the door after one of their cleanings. Spotless surfaces and bathrooms so shiny and bright! Gotta tell you, the place hasn't looked this good in years...seriously. Not only is the algae gone but the 30 year old siding looks like new. The built up dirt and grime on the windows is gone, sunlight can now shine through making the entire house so much brighter. Took them about 4.5 hours to do a middle unit townhouse, btw. These guys are amazing. And, the price was incredibly reasonable for such a quality job and great service.
The y did a wonderful job cleaning our house! They were very thorough, and their hard work resulted in a house that was ready for visitors. Thanks to VAN_PRO for being able to accommodate our request on short notice!
Save Your Money. I feel cheated. These are not professionally trained and skilled house cleaners. Issues: * Did not clean any counters outside of kitchen. Many surfaces were not dusted or cleaned * Did not empty trash * Did dust the ceiling fans * Bathtub Subpar cleaned * Washed no dishes * Did not mop or steam clean the floor * a plastic knob on the floor was still there, not picked up * Did not pick up anything off the floor to vacuum * Nothing was really cleaned * In the master bedroom there were still crumbs on the floor * there were paper under the couch that can clearly be seen, and did not pick up. the counters in the hall were not wiped I mentioned the floor is not cleaned, the owner later said, the steamer was in the car we just did not take it out. * the owner tried to upscale carpet cleaning to me. * When I asked it look like nothing is being done, the owner said they had to clean the doors. * they clean the door but not counter tops * did not dust TV or paintings. They are not professional cleaners. No way a professional cleaner would clean in this order or manner . I was bamboozled. Dont let them get you too. 100 wasted.
