Renters beware! These apartments are infested with termites. Also during this COVID disaster and pandemic we are all in... the owner thought this would be a good time to notify all of the \valued residents\ of an increase in rent. To live in this apartment you will be asked to pay a valet trash fee, water, sewer and trash.. in an apartment!!!? You even have to pay a monthly service charge for the utilities to be billed to you. I've paid renters insurance in full and now they are adding a fee for more insurance to be paid. You can hear everything in the neighboring apartments and feel the building shake when people walk up the steps or even inside your unit. I hope that I can save you from being the next resident here. Management is a joke here. The property changed hands at least 5 times while I lived there and a 6th after I moved out. You cannot get anyone from the office on the phone and when you leave a voicemail it does not get returned. Even when you speak with someone, there is ZERO follow through. I told an agent that I had vacated my apartment and was told they would get the keys and do my walkthrough. 11 days after my lease ended, l get a call asking if I have moved out yet. Even spoke to the new manager, who promised they would walk the apartment promptly and email photos as well as a final account statement and have not heard from her since....its been a month since then and going on 6 weeks since I've moved out. Have no idea what's going on in this office, as I'm a traveling property manager myself and have been in communities of this size - there is no excuse and upper management needs to monitor the office activity a little better. Its embarrassing. ALSO yes - you will hear every little footstep if you live on the first floor. They often have all tile apartments above you, so if you enjoy sleepless nights, this is the place for you
