Arrived 35 minutes before closing to have our daughter take her permit test. Was told test needs a 15 minute window, reminded them we arrived 35 minutes before time. They responded with the tester is busy and you don't have time to test so we leave. They wouldn't even allow us past the door to take a number. Once home I call to speak to office manager and she was pleasant at first. I asked why we were refused service and response was yeah again time. She asked who greeted us and after I gave her response she questioned employee I described as I did not remember her name. She forgot to put me on hold and both employee and manager proceed to ridicule me while I overhead every word. Class act, won't recommend for any service except closure.

They have a line for sticker renewal but the drivers test and title transfer share a number system. I want to transfer a title. One window open at a time. Very sloooow. I will not come back here if I can help it. On a good note, Wild Cherries bar next door has a pretty nice five dollar burger.

Walked in with all my paperwork in order and ready. Had to get real id, title transfer and vehicle sticker and they were able to help get it all competed. Next to no wait time and very helpful and pleasant.

Walked in with all my paperwork in order, was very polite snd respectful, completed my transaction, and out the door in 5 minutes. If you walk in any other way, believing you are “entitled” to special treatment and consideration, go someplace else. All the best to you in life’s journey!

don't waste your time here they don't give you the purple card you have to go to Dekalb or Rockford, I wasted all day for nothing
