A real shame this place is closing. There is a woman who really cares about this place, and the company in general named Missy that works here. She was EXTREMELY kind, informative, and helpful to us when we visited. This company will have a great loss when they finally part ways with her. A total shame to see this place closing. It's nice to go to a "video store" like I did growing up. This closing is a great loss to the entire community.

Unfortunate that Family Video is closing. Especially this location since there really isn’t much to do in this area.
Very disappointed on the customer service that I received multiple times when I rented movies. The ladies are nice and they are very quick to answer questions. But there is a younger gentleman. Skinny guy in the Belvidere store that always has an attitude. He is always short with customers and myself. I have not gone to rent movies all that much just to bypass dealing with this gentleman. He has no hospitality or kindness. He is always in a rush to push people out the door. The whole idea on selling CBD oil in the video store itself is a bad thing in my opinion. It takes away the whole family atmosphere of wanting to rent that family movie on Friday or Saturday night. Other than that not bad on prices when renting or buying.
Nice sign up deals. Wish they had a few more movie options but it was a very nice gentleman who was informative and helped us out. Need better movie and game choices

This was a great place to rent videos. OMG, so big, spacious, clean and great selection. The young lady who helped us. Ali, was very helpful, especially explaining to us about CBD products. I'm moving up there in 3 weeks, definitely going to be a regular customer!
Very cool spot, not too many video rental locations left like this. Good selection of movies and games. Also a wide array odd free movies to rent! Awesome
