Im only giving 2 stars because Im not a monster and I liked the staff. The Doctor was knowledgeable for sure but after his bed side manor during my second appointment my over all experience was tarnished. Communications and understandings were crossed from first appointment. When I went in for my fallow up appointment for shoe inserts they werent what I expected them to be (fit into more than 1 shoe type) the dr got arrogant, condescending, and most of all patronizing when I tried to ask questions to help understand. The confusion stemmed from my understanding that the inserts would work for most shoes like my old professional inserts but just be more supportive and cushioned. That was my understanding anyway. That was not the case... I'm no saint, I had a confused angered face and defensive tone but never raised my vioce or used disprespectful words, imagine frustrated confusion. Despite the fact I was encouaged countless times to express any discomfort or unsatisfied fit when I did I was shut down and belittled. The Dr kept cutting me off mid sentance saying things like how hes the Dr and Im not, impying he knows more so I shouldnt fuss. He talked to me like a child towards the end and then just walked out without apologizing for the obvious tense situation, triggering a tear filled anxiety attack when I got to my car. I've never been treated like that by a doctor before or at least Ive never been made to feel so small by one. When I was obviously frustrated from being confused and my vioce still calm but shaking while talking to him an astute professional person (especailly a doctor) should be able ro pick up on the anxiety and know theres a better way to go about talking to a patient.

I called first thing in the morning and they fit me in right away! the staff was very friendly and the Dr. Was very upbeat and gentle with my sprained ankle during the process. I even got to leave with a new boot!
Everyone there is such wonderful people. Dr Mauriello is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend her in The future. The education they give to their patients is amazing and very detailed. I can count on them to make sure I have a well understanding of what is going on before I leave the office.
I wish there was a 10 star rating! Dr. Mauriello and his staff are so nice and they're just great people to be around. They dont treat you like another patient, they treat you like family. Their rooms are super clean and they each have their own theme. Definitely kid friendly. I had a hang nail procedure done, he talked me through the whole thing, telling me what he was doing next. I recommend them 1000%
This place is wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and prompt. Dr. Richline is always in a great mood and makes the visit that more pleasant. She is dedicated and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her practice to anyone looking.
