UPDATE 12-10-2020: Since my original review of the dealership, the owner reached out to me and we discussed the factors that contributed to our less than stellar service. He has offered to make things right and help make sure that we are happy, I am very thankful for his offer and for that I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Some of the things we had happen just shouldn't have, but the fact that they are willing to correct it says that they will at least stand behind the sale. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Extremely friendly sales people, couldn't be happier on that front. Paul and Greg are great! However, we bought a weight distribution hitch that the shop set up incorrectly causing a potentially dangerous situation. The next thing we noticed is that the batteries they gave us with the trailer were shot and would not hold a charge. Our bathroom faucet has a pretty serious leak that soaks through into the living area and while we were assured the trailer would be thoroughly cleaned before we took possession, it was really just given a once over. We had to do a lot of cleaning that we should not have had to, such as lots of leaves and pine needles on top of the slide, cleaning the bathroom,, wiping out the refrigerator and even sweeping the floor. They did clean a couple of spots that were in the furniture though and did a good job on that. Lastly, when it came to signing papers, the salesman was constantly being called away to do other things and we sat for a very long time waiting to leave with our trailer. In summary, very happy with the sales staff, a bit disappointed with the rest.
We had some minor repair work done on our 5th wheel this week. We were very happy with the service we received at kb. We were treated very well by the staff, they explained in detail the work they did and they were happy to answer all of our questions.
The best RV place! I have taken my Class C to KB RV twice and each time I received top of the line customer care &service, excellent work, honesty, and all my questions answered. Each time my rig was ready when expected. The estimates and prices are accurate. The entire staff is wonderful. The store area has a lot of items that are handy for RVs. I had been looking for a drawer latch, and the exact one that I needed was there!
