Brenna was wonderful to work with. When I went to have her show me new phones I told her the only way I would get a new one was if she could transfer everything the exact same way it was on my old phone. Took til after 9 last night but she did it. Very knowledgeable about the phones and we actually got my wife a phone also. We both got the Samsung S21 ultra. So far love the phone. Would recommend Brenna to anybody looking to get a new phone. I will only deal with her.
