I arrived at Ariceli's store 1000% disgusted with all things Verizon. I was furious with the company's horrible customer support and fundamental failures in business process and, even, honesty. However, shortly after arriving at the Pipestone store, Ariceli had begun unravelling the costly yet worthless hairball of an order Verizon had imposed upon me and, a couple hours later, I walked out of the store with a superior plan and more appropriate, better, AND less costly devices for 3 lines. Equally important, I had a new friend and a customer-inspired resource who will simplify my life and save me money going forward.
