This restaurant provides awesome service and yummy menu. The best place in the city. The meals served quickly and the prices were reasonable. Recommended.

If you were blindfolded, taken up to the San Lorenzo Valley, then dropped in this bar, you might think he would transported directly to a village pub in Germany. This restaurant definitely gets an “A” for effort. They have been around for years and people keep coming back. They have a great mix of German, Hungarian, and Austrian food. In the summers, come early and sit outside. During the winters make a reservation near the fireplace inside it’s cozy awesome and makes you feel like you’re in the mountains of the Swiss German Alps. Their dishes range from traditional German schnitzel to grilled New York Steak. And their beer and wine selection is most impressive, having several Alsatian whites on the menu and hard to find German and Austrian beers. Parking can be a total challenge so you have to be creative. The staff is fantastic and well informed. However there are only a few of them to go around the entire restaurant and kitchen so an expeditious service can suffer!

I can't believe more people don't go here because the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is unique. Somone else said the outside isn't nearly as good as the inside, and that is true. Once you're inside, the place expands like Hermione's house. There is even a HUGE TREE growing through one of the rooms! You can see German decor all over the walls, with cuckoo clocks and beer steins. The wienerschnitzel was delicious, and that red cabbage so good. Also, the caeser salad has real anchovies (extra bonus points). We had a birthday in our group and our server graciously brought us some apfel strudel with a candle in it. We also had the black forest cake.
