Yesterday was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the superb cuisine and wine and with the honest cost. We will definitely return there soon.

I am very pleased with the whole experience Started out with a conversation with Johnathon one Saturday. Now there’s a man who knows his business and loves his business. Settle in for a spell. Your not getting out of there without talking about smithing for a good while. We talked at length about a knife he had made a few weeks ago and showed me a few pictures. (He doesn’t have much inventory in the shop. I’m guessing that when each blade takes that many hours and since there’s only one of him and since it sounds like he does quite a few custom knives that never make it onto the shelf, he doesn’t have much of a chance to build up his stock. So pictures have to do) I thanked him then went on down the road. I later found this site. And studied his work. I contacted jonathan on messenger. We discussed the knife I was looking at, added a couple of items I had seen on line, changed the balance of the knife at his suggestion, prettied it up, and it was ready on the day he promised. I got pictures as he was working on it. Even changed the shape of the handle a bit when the antler started showing itself. Man is it pretty. And it has great hand feel. I haven’t cleaned anything with it yet, but I will. This is heirloom quality Can’t say enough about the whole process Mark
