I have tried most of the contractors for loading docks around the St. Louis area over the years. I have found most of them to be either very expensive, or they are not able to respond quick enough in situations that need immediate attention. We have multiple buildings in the St. Louis area and in Illinois and with a total of over 200 to dock doors and dock levelers. Benco has been able to meet both of these needs for us. They are cost-effective and always very responsive. If there is ever an issue with their work, which is not very often, they have always reacted quickly to correct the problem. We have also use them to scrub some pretty large warehouse floor and had good results. I highly recommend Benco for all your loading dock needs.
