Jibarito Pork Carnitas is a must. We had it 6 years ago and never forgot about it; this past weekend it was just as good! We also loved the nachos, tacos, and their drinks are amazing!
First day visiting Bend and we chose Barrio for lunch. We started with a couple ordered and Guacamole and salsa. I ate way too much of it. I ordered the seafood and fish paella to share with the group and it was delicious. I’m usually not too big on saffron rice, but this is one was goooood. I also ordered a burger and Patatas Bravas for myself which was real good too. Patatas bravas could use a little extra sauce, but I requested some and it was perfect. My wife had the nachos with a side of patatas bravas. She enjoyed both.
Barrio in Bend Oregon literally has the best Veggie Paella in the whole country. Barrio always delivers a consistently wonderful experience. Daniel Read IV
